Golden Lion Capital Advisory Group LLC is a Real Estate advisory company assisting with the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets throughout the United States. With an extensive inventory of available properties and strong industry relationships we find value for our clients in a wide variety of asset classes, spanning single tenant net lease (office, retail, and industrial), office, hotel, multi-family, and multi-tenant retail and office properties.

We are currently identifying opportunities for our active clients fitting the following criteria:

Single Tenant Net Lease Industrial & Office:

  • $15M+ Purchase Price (Preferably $30M+)
  • Multi Tenant Industrial facilities will be heavily considered
  • Lease terms may vary depending upon tenant, location, and rent as compared to the market
  • Investment grade tenants preferred but will look at private tenants w/ $30M+ in annual revenues)
  • Strong interest in medical office and cold storage facilities as well
  • Single Tenant Net Lease Data Centers ($50MM+ Purchase Price)

Multifamily:

  • Class A & B preferred with greater than 150 units (market rate)
  • $20M+ Purchase Price (Preferably $40M+)
  • Preferably built after 1980 (Best case 1990+)
  • Will look at new construction at TCO or in lease up
  • Prefer garden apartments and mid rise communities
  • Location varies but prefer the Sunbelt and Southeast areas
